Vivien’s experience includes advising clients on interactions with UK and EU data protection authorities, assessing the data protection implications of innovative technologies and working on cross-border data transfer projects. She also regularly assists clients with ongoing privacy compliance and the development of internal data protection policies.

Vivien gained experience across several practice areas during her training, including commercial IP and IT, intellectual property litigation and life sciences regulatory law, and spent time on secondment in the international litigation team of a leading global technology company.
