Ben joined Bristows as an associate in January 2025 and is part of the corporate & financing team. He advises UK and global clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, UK and transatlantic takeovers, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ben has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors including technology, life sciences and financial services.

Prior to joining Bristows, Ben trained at a leading international law firm, qualifying into its corporate department in 2022. Ben also developed valuable in-house and multi-jurisdictional experience from nine months spent in the M&A team of a FTSE 100 company based in Switzerland and six months spent in the financing team of a UK challenger bank.
