Lucy has significant experience advising international businesses on complex tax matters, including reorganisations, reconstructions, and the application of the global minimum tax.

She also advises companies on tax issues relevant to their development stage, including employee tax issues, share incentive arrangements (including EMI schemes), and investment relief for growing companies. Lucy also advises on M&A transactions and joint venture arrangements.

Lucy has an interest in domestic and international tax policy and enjoys writing for various Tax publications. Her work has covered the interaction between tax and ESG – in particular tax transparency, responsible tax as an investor issue, and ESG-linked remuneration.
